Belinda Macdonald is a qualified food technology teacher. She is passionate about creating beautiful meals that incorporate healing elements that are seasonal and nourishing for the whole family. Her love of foraging shows a world of edible goodness right on our doorsteps so everyone can enjoy the benefits of healing greens and superfoods in their daily diet at little or no cost. Neena Truscott is a qualified nutrition and wellness coach and studied at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, which focuses on a holistic approach to wellness.
Both authors are based in Cambridge, Waikato, where they live with their families.
